We are located at Trinity Medical Center in Huntsville at 500 Governors Drive and we have a Patient Service Center for Telemedicine and or IV therapy at 1660 Lee St., Rogersville, AL, we offer both telemedicine and in-person visits (Huntsville for in-person, Rogersville can be used as service center for Telemed for Shots, IV, etc.) with our highly skilled staff.
